14-day cancellation right
UK rules for digital content require express consent before supply begins during the normal cancellation period and acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost once supply starts. ExhibitorPack therefore asks you to confirm both points before checkout. If you do not agree, do not proceed with immediate digital delivery.
If something goes wrong
If you are charged but the download does not unlock, or the generated file is technically defective, contact [email protected] with the email used for payment and enough information to identify the transaction. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, provide a replacement or refund the affected purchase.
Incorrect customer-entered information
Please use the free preview to check your content before paying. Spelling errors, incorrect dates, wrong prices, outdated links or other customer-entered information do not make the digital file defective. Consumer rights that apply by law are not affected.
