1. Operator
ExhibitorPack is operated by Airborne Media & Consultancy Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17415868), with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
2. What you are buying
ExhibitorPack provides a browser-based tool that generates a printable digital exhibition pack from information you supply. The standard purchase is a one-off payment for the generated pack shown at checkout. It is not a subscription.
3. Your information and responsibility
You are responsible for checking names, dates, prices, contact details, QR destinations, event information and other content before purchase and printing. Generated material is an administrative aid and does not replace instructions issued by an event organiser, venue or contractor.
4. Logos and uploaded material
You should only upload logos, text and other material that you are entitled to use. You remain responsible for the content you place into the pack.
5. Preview and payment
You can preview the pack before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. After successful payment verification, the downloadable PDF is unlocked in the browser.
6. Digital delivery and cancellation
The pack is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Before checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this has on the 14-day cancellation right once digital supply begins. See the Digital Delivery and Refund Policy for details.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but web browsers, third-party payment services and network connections can fail. If payment succeeds but the pack does not unlock, contact us with the payment email and event name so the issue can be investigated.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, ExhibitorPack is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer-supplied information, venue or organiser changes, printing settings, QR destinations controlled by the customer, or use of generated documents outside their intended administrative purpose.
